What is collected
AltSocial records approved shares, submitted proof links, tracked share-link views, tracked clicks, conversion pixel events, reward decisions, and admin audit activity.
How AltSocial uses employee advocacy data for proof, attribution, and reward governance.
AltSocial records approved shares, submitted proof links, tracked share-link views, tracked clicks, conversion pixel events, reward decisions, and admin audit activity.
To reduce duplicate or artificial traffic, AltSocial creates a short-lived pseudonymous fingerprint from network and browser signals. Raw social passwords and private inbox content are not collected.
When external AI caption assistance is enabled, the approved story context and draft caption are sent to the configured provider for rewriting. Employees should not enter confidential, customer, or account information into captions.
The data is used to verify participation, prevent duplicate or inflated rewards, report campaign effectiveness, and keep reward decisions fair and reviewable.
The social layer is a separate, voluntary purpose. Before using it, each employee chooses who may follow them, what accepted followers may see, whether they are discoverable, and whether they may appear in a private peer comparison. Consent is recorded with the policy version and can be changed at any time.
Colleagues may see only positive, allowlisted milestones when the employee permits it. AltSocial never exposes another employee's individual share trail, login history, last-seen time, inactivity, missed targets, declining counts, time-of-day patterns, or broken streaks.
A comparison can include only accepted connections who permit comparison, must contain at least three people, and is visible only to the employee who creates it. Compared colleagues are not notified and no overall winner or performance score is created.
AltSocial points, levels, rankings and social data are recognition tools, not performance measures. They are never used in appraisal, promotion, confirmation, discipline, or any other HR decision. Choosing not to participate or selecting full privacy carries no consequence and never reduces content access, points, levels or rewards.
When an employee leaves the Bank, their follows and milestone-feed rows are removed. De-identified aggregates needed for reward reconciliation remain subject to the existing retention rule.
AltSocial does not ask for core banking credentials, does not require employees to hand over social media passwords, and does not access private social media inboxes.
